الدكتور Ducu عيادات تعمل ككيان موحد تحت قيادة المدير نفسه ، يشمل NKD الطبية المحدودة الطبيب Ducu Botoaca عيادة المحدودة. مدير يحمل حصري بحقوق ملكية جميع العلامات التجارية والملكية الفكرية الملكية المواد المرتبطة مع هذه الشركات. هذه الملكية يمتد إلى أي من العلامات التجارية والعمليات المحتوى أو استعمالها من قبل الدكتور Ducu عيادات ضمان ثابت مراقبة وإدارة جميع الأصول الفكرية في جميع أنحاء المنظمة.

Please note that VAT may be applied to non-medical procedures. Therefore, all our procedures require an initial general medical consultation with a fee of £500. During this consultation, the doctor will assess whether the procedure is for cosmetic or medical purposes. This fee serves as a deposit and will be deducted from the total cost of any subsequent procedure you choose to undergo.

Kindly note that we have a NON – REFUNDABLE policy for the amounts paid to the clinic, therefore, in any case, the payments effected to our Clinic will not be returned to you, as explained in the present Terms & Conditions relating to payments.

For this reason, before making a booking, we kindly ask you to make sure that you are able to come at your chosen date & time.

Due to the fact that within the time slot allocated for your confirmed booking we refuse other bookings, in case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit payments are non-refundable.

The payments for the procedure will be done before the beginning of any procedure, and in any case, after having had a consultation.

If deemed suitable for a procedure by the doctor, before deciding whether you wish to proceed with a procedure, please make sure you have a complete and thorough understanding of all aspects involved in your chosen procedure, feel free to ask any questions that you might have and always be aware that you can refuse at any time having the procedure performed, if you do not consider it in your best interest.

For the confirmation of a consultation with the doctor, you will be required to pay the deposit fee related to each type of procedure.

The cost of the consultation is deductible from the price of the procedure’s, if you choose to have it/them performed and if you are deemed suitable for the procedure, after the consultation.

The booking deposit fees for consultations are non- refundable, regardless of the reason for which you are unable to come at the scheduled day & time.

The booking of any procedure, will consist of having a consultation before the procedure, which may be followed by the performing of the procedure (if you decide to do so), but it may result in the doctor refusing to perform the procedure on you, assessing that you are not suitable for such procedure, or that it is not in your interest, for health or Cosmetic & Medical reasons.

Please note that, if you have had the procedure before, and you wish to book directly the procedure, the deposit fee is related to the consultation for the procedure and the remainder of the amount due will be paid before the procedure.

The price of the consultations is deductible from the price of the procedures, if you choose to have them performed and if you are deemed suitable for the procedure, after the consultation.

Due to the fact that within the time slot allocated for your confirmed booking we refuse other bookings, in case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit payments for trainings are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

To secure your procedure date, a non-refundable deposit is required: £500 for all procedures over £1,000, £1,000 for hair transplant treatments, and £150 for facial injectable treatments.

If you choose to cancel or postpone, we may retain up to the value of your deposit as a genuine estimate of our direct costs — including administrative preparation, pre-operative work, and reserved clinical or theatre time. Should our actual loss be lower, or if we are able to rebook your appointment slot, the remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your procedure, you will receive a full refund for any services not yet provided.

For online or telephone bookings, a 14-day cooling-off period applies. If you request that we begin services within this period, you agree that proportionate costs for any work already completed may be charged. Once a service has been fully performed, the cooling-off right no longer applies.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a facial injectable appointment. This enables us to accommodate your request and make the necessary arrangements.

By paying the deposit, you confirm your acceptance of this policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

LATENESS POLICY

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee equivalent to the full consultation fee will apply.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice of cancellation or rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited.

1. Eligibility for Enrolment Dr. Ducu Academy offers masterclasses and courses exclusively for doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals. Enrolment is subject to compliance with each country’s legislation governing medical training and professional qualifications. Participants must ensure they meet the legal requirements in their respective jurisdictions to attend medical training programs.
2. Diploma Issuance Dr. Ducu Academy provides a diploma of participation and a diploma of completion to doctors and medical professionals who attend and complete the training programs. These diplomas certify participation and successful completion of the course but do not confer any formal medical qualification or license, nor does it give you the right to get insurance or the right to practice. It is a course for Continued Personal Development (CPD) that shows how to do this procedure safely, but we are not a regulated body that can offer accreditation.
3. Compliance with Local Regulations It is the responsibility of the participant to verify that attending Dr. Ducu Academy’s courses complies with the local regulations in their country. Dr. Ducu Academy assumes no responsibility for verifying the eligibility of participants beyond the provided course requirements.
